The National New Homes Association

The principal purpose of NNHA is to raise the professional profile and reputation of those working in new home sales.

With the support and encouragement of the New Homes Marketing Board, NNHA developed a comprehensive range of Occupational Standards that established minimum standards of competence and define the tasks undertaken by site sales staff as clear and measurable statements of 'best practice'.

The NNHA Standards are available already for on-site sales negotiators and work has started on the development of standards for other personnel so as to create a clear structure of flexible Standards leading from negotiating sales through to sales management.

A new NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) entitled 'Sale of Residential Property' has been accredited by QCA (Qualifications & Curriculum Authority) and is offered by OCR (Oxford & Cambridge and RSA Examinations Board). Achievement of this award is recognised by NNHA as an alternative to it's own VQ for membership purposes.
