Planning Appeals

Planning appeals will be made but they must be managed properly if awards of costs are to be avoided or minimised.  This session will take delegates through the optional routes available and look at how best to defend appeals: what to expect and how to prepare.

A mock appeal is an ideal way of developing skills and over-coming the fear of giving evidence: this is an option that can be included in the session.
